Spring Break in Utah

The kids and I stayed in Utah for spring break, it was fun staying in Utah having fun riding horses and chasing chickens!

Brett is a determined little guy, He insisted he climb this hill..the red pants give him away.
We went to a super fun park in St. George, the water was a little chilly but that didn't stop 'em

 Train ride!

Grandma Tina took us to another indoor children's museum. So! Fun! The kids had a blast!!

The weather is warming up!

Brett's appointment went well, he is such a trooper. This time of year is weird for me. I'm a little too reflective and sensitive when it comes to the past. Pictures of two years ago pop up on facebook and our phones, constantly reminding us of "where we were two years ago". While we are healthy and happy to be home there are still memories that can come on a little strong. We ask Brett sometimes what he felt. He seems to have an overall feeling of, that was me? Oh yeah..it wasn't the best of times. But other then that doesn't seem to remember much. His speech classes are almost over and he has made improvement! Still work to be done but we are getting there!

 Motherhood...
Career day at school, a future zoo keeper. I may be a little partial but I think these three kids are some of the cutest!
One good thing about the apartment complex we are at is the hiking trails behind it. These kids Love to be outside, can't wait for a little bit more room to stretch our legs in a couple months!
I had to plant flowers, so I made myself my little flower therapy corner.
"I want to be a kid who makes things"-Jeter. He loves to make things out of paper, do projects (make bird nests, habitats for toys) I want to get him more things to build and experiments..he does love his zoobs (connecting things, jazzed up legos)

 Helping Daddy at work.
 This girl....
With Jeter at school and Kameron working long hours, the kids and I get to spend A lot of time together. I really want to remember the times they A. wanted to spend time me B. Their love for the outdoors and adventures C. cute little faces and little minds creating games and asking questions. I really do love being a mom, it's hard work, but Oh so worth it.

Playing catch up January thru February

Obviously with three kids I have a hard time keeping up with documenting all our shenanigans. But we survived the snow! It really wasn't bad, only five snow days total all year. It does mean more play time inside, The indoor play place at the mall provided some entertainment...I always forget my quarters but they have fun anyways :)
 Sleepy baby
Our Christmas tree for the year was a decorative one that I had, but it did the job.

Leah loves this jacket. Even on days when a cotton hoodie would've been good, she insisted on her Pink windbreaker.
Our first big snow storm was big. I think we had three snow days that week. We had fun sledding and building snowmen!

 All ready for church!
This girl. She is a climbing dump anything in a bottle or bowl girl. Definitely keeps us on our toes.

Leah's hair is growing in, yay! We can do pigtails, and more fun things, when she lets me ;)

Fun at buffalo park. I remember taking Jeter here when he wasn't even six months old!

Our house is coming along! Mid-July is the goal! Here are some views, we can't wait!!!

The bag tore, if I had been a little more patient with the child passing me the bad this may have been avoided. But seriously, and that bag of NEW bag of goldfish...also was dumped in a little girl, who shall not be named, car seat...
There's still snow? But Christmas is over?? --Jeter
