Hello Spring!

I like spring. It makes you want to clean and have a fresh start! We went to Lake Pleasant (um don't know if I spelt that right) this past weekend. Unfortunatly Kameron and I have both been getting sick. He's got a cold/flu and I had really bad stomach bug. I am feeling better but Kameron is still fighting his. But nevertheless the lake was fun, even though we didn't even get a single bite. I am blaming the moon cycle. It was fun to get to use the DeRusha family boat! And get some sun! This weekend we are looking forward to a nice quite time just watching conference. And some more good news...well I guess it depends on who you ask, but Kameron, his brother and his dad got drawn for elk hunting in November. Atleast this time I won't have to go camp in the freezing cold. For all you hunters out there unit 7E is pretty much in our backyard. Kinda. So good luck guys!!
Other than that nothing else exciting. Just working and school. But life is going good. Atleast it isn't snowing anymore! Just wind, but like I said it sure is nice to see a hint of spring.

Quality Time Together. That's our life motto these days! So here are some updated pictures of what we've been up to...

I always have to post snow pictures because it just shows whatliving in Flagstaff is like. Thankfully the snow is melting and it kinda of feels like spring!!

Seriously the snow was so high! Poor Kameron had to dig his way to his truck at 4:30 AM! what a trooper!

Yay for Valentine's Day! We got to go to Outback Steakhouse for a delicous dinner! Thanks to the gift card from christmas. We decided that would be a great annual christmas gift so we could use it for valentine's day and not feel bad about going out to a nicer resturant. Yummy!
So here are a bunch of pictures of us at Walnut Canyon. It's about 15 minutes from where we live. I was really windy and the cold we are kinda used to. It was really cool to see where people used to live and just be outsoors. And the 270 (Kameron had to count every step) steps back up the canyon was sure a good work out.

I like how I fit in the little cave/home haha.

you can kinda see the home in the right of the picture.
And I can't imagine how these people lived so high up! It made my legs feel like Jello!
So not too much has been going on. Just school and work. We are headed to Mesa, Thatcher and Cottonwood next weekend because we are borrowing the boat so we can take it to Lake Mead. Kam's parents are nice to let us keep it at their place. But yeah we are looking forward to Lake Mead and spending time with family whenever we can. The Lord has deffinatly given us some hard trials these past couple of months but we just try to learn from them and become stonger people and strengthen our testimonies.
