Thanksgiving in Utah

Yay for Brisk, Early Morning walks with the two little boys! I love these two boys they sure do make things very interesting!
For Thanksgiving we went to Utah to see Kameron's family, we had a great time!! Rode horse, met some cousins, went for a hike, and just had so much fun being there with Family!
Utah in the Fall is so beautiful! Jeter loved playing in the leaves, we would pile them all up around him and he made into a peek-a-boo game!
While we were there I wanted to look for some furniture, so since I have the most awesomest husband Ever! I was able to get some great deals! Kameron found some garage sales the night before and drove me all around St. George area pulling the trailer that we bought a few weeks ago!
We went for a hike outside of Mesquite to some Johnson Family History cliffs I guess you could call it. Other cousins were there and it was just fun to be outside working off all the Thanksgiving food!

 Sitting in the cliff holes.

Jeter also got to play with the Chickens and Horses!

Following Sam into the field outside Grandma Johnson's house.

Jeter did so well on the 8+8 car ride! We stayed over in Flagstaff on the way there and on our way home stopped in for Sacrament meeting and got to see some friends of our old ward there!
November is also Kameron's Birthday! He took a trip to Minnesota a few weeks back so that was his big gift so we had a yummy steak dinner and got to celebrate this awesome guy!!
Here are some pictures of our event at West World!

A helper helping this picture to look more awesome!
Last but not least some random bugs that have been helping me with projects...

DIY Pin Project November

This month was very fun! We did a Market in Scottsdale and we did well! It was a lot of work but so much fun! We are in for a couple more in December, should be fun!
So for this month I re-upholstered a folding chair! I have a few more to do, all different prints and colors. So cute and fun!
We also dipped pine cones! I kept forgetting to take a picture of them once we had decorated with them, but trust me, they were cute! This is a two person job for sure, and very messy, and allow a lot of drying time!

Halloween and Helicopters

Yesterday a helicopter, firetruck and police car were at the park for kids to sit and play with! We got to see the helicopter land and take off it was really cool!
 At the playground
 In the Police Car
 Fire Truck

Helicopter- Jeter was too afraid to sit in it, not sure where are the fear came from? But he liked to touch it-it was a lot of fun!
We have our market this Saturday at West World in Scottsdale, we are so excited! We love all of our pieces and can't wait to get them out there!
This picture cracks me up! Jeter had to dip all of his french fries into ketchup and then line them up-With the Ketchup ends on the same side! He is always putting things in lines and "organizing" them I guess you could call it.
Another piece-Wanted to keep this one!!!
Oh Halloween--Jeter was not in a good mood, hence the outfit. He was going to be a pirate, I got a semi-mustache on him but the outfit was a lost cause. So he was a grumpy teenager trying to grow a mustache! And once we got him home with some candy he was happier.
There is a little place called "Cottage Bakery" in Safford and the food there is so good and the place is adorable I love going there!
My black chair--this went into the boutique down in Mesa. There is just something about a classic black!

DIY Pin Project Oct

I loved the Pin I chose this month! I have a deep wrinkle in between my eyes. I just happened to find this Pin and I am so glad I tried it! It decreased the wrinkle and made my skin so so smooth! And it was free!! I will most likely be doing this again!!
Half a ripe banana, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 cup yogurt. Mix it all together and leave on your face for 15 minutes. (you can add a warm cloth-like they do at a spa)
Loved It!

Trent and Kameron took the two little boys for a spin in the "Scout". Trent's cool jeep! Boys will be boys!
Happy Second Birthday Jeter!!!! I have a two year old. Sigh. I love this little boy so much. I look at him sometimes and just can't believe how the sweetest little boy came to me. Because we struggle with fertility not a day goes by that I don't thank Heavenly Father for sending me Jeter. He is my world and I love him so much.
Jeter got all sorts of new fun toys and clothes and a Cars backpack-it's a  little big but he loves it! Don't mind the scary cake...just one of those things that did Not turn out the way you thought but it tasted good!
Jeter Insisted he wear an apron like mommy. This kid is totally into copy-cat-ing. Even when we pass by another kid at the store he will imitate them. This can be a good thing and a bad thing haha!
The other morning Jeter lined all his trucks up by himself! So cute!
Jeter with his "trucks" in a row!
Okay so I refinished a desk, and it is probably the most elegant piece I have done yet! I really need a better camera-but this will have to do I guess. It turned out beautiful!

DIY Pin Project Sept '12

The project for this month is at the end of the post, but I have been so busy here are other fun things that have been going on the past month...
I refinished a bedroom set (head/foot board, large dresser with mirror and 2 night stands AND a crib with dresser) Everything turned out great! And the gal loved it!
This is a really bad picture but we visited our friends in Globe, Carrie and her kids, here they are watching some shows...
 3-D Tv! Whooa!
Riding in a Cars car at Toys R Us. Best. Day. Ever!
Here are some projects that have been going on:
My mom did the bread box, so so cute!
This is a sewing machine, was white before...was tempted to keep this one!!
Candle sticks, once again wanted to keep them!
My mom also did this little kids desk and chair, loved how this one turned out too!
side table in Versailles green...sigh. Love.
Adorable stool makeover. Also a success!!
Oohlala Boutique is having its grand opening October 13th so we are really excited and have a lot of work to do!
My adorable little Jeter after bath time!
We have had Killian for the past week while his mom is doing some training in Florida. It's a lot of work but these two love playing together!
 Matching pajama night!

Alright! Pin for September!! http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2012/09/13/single-serving-recipes/   These are individual deserts. I tried the confetti cupcake, I made minis for fun!

And I like chocolate better then vanilla, sooo we got chocolate frosting to top them! I wouldn't say these were to die for! But they were fun to make and kind of tasty (a little salty). The blog has some other kinds and I think it would be fun to see how they turned out.
